Mis. C / Manufacturing Department
- Please tell us briefly what kind of work you are currently in charge of.
The department that sews car seats uses sewing machines to sew variouscar seats. Currently, I am in charge of sewing CR-V (Honda) door parts.
-What are you conscious of when you work?
I am working with the target displayed on the electric bulletin board in mind so that I can achieve the daily production target.
- What made you decide to join Daiyu?
Since my hands were dexterous, I decided to join the company thinking that I could use this for sewing work.
- How do you feel about your work environment?
Even if I have small children, I feel that it is easy to work because the work environment has an understanding of the company and the workplace.
- What was the most memorable thing about working at Daiyu?
In the year I joined the company, the Great East Japan Earthquake of 3.11 occurred, and while I could not do normal work, all the employees gathered and received education and lectures. I was impressed because it was the year of new hire.
- What do you do on your days off?
I enjoy my holidays by playing with my kids and going shopping with my family.
