STORY 01.
Mis.I / Manufacturing Department
- Please tell us briefly what kind of work you are currently in charge of.
The department that sews car seats uses sewing machines to sew various car seats. Currently, I am in charge of Step WGN (Honda).
- What are you conscious of when you work?
We try to do a polite work so that the person who bought the car can ride it comfortably.
- What made you decide to join Daiyu?
Since I joined the company while raising children, I focused on vacations and benefits.
- How do you feel about your work environment?
There are many New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, Obon holidays
and long holidays, and I have small children, so I think it is an environment
where you can fully enjoy your precious time with your children and it is easy to raise children.
- What was the most memorable thing about working at Daiyu?
This is an employee trip to Okinawa last July.
-What do you do on your days off?
I enjoy my holidays by watching recorded dramas, playing with children, playing in the snow, and watching TouTube.
