Mr. R / Manufacturing Department
- Please tell us briefly what kind of work you are currently in charge of.
I am the manager of the department that cuts materials in order to supply parts to the department that sews automobile seats. It is a job to manage the cutting department such as progress management of cutting plan, staffing, material management, machine maintenance, work relief when there is a vacancy.
- What are you conscious of when you work?
Make sure you don't mistake more than 200 different materials for each car, make sure you don't delay your cutting plan, It is to think of a cutting method with better work efficiency.
- What made you decide to join Daiyu?
I've always loved cars, and the phrase "automobile seat sewing" is a corporate business phrase.
I decided to join the company because I thought that I would be involved in making cars.
- How do you feel about your work environment?
The long holidays of New Year, Golden Week, and Obon three times a year help us to provide family services to schools and local events. In addition, I think it is a well-ventilated work environment because there are exchanges between employees during employee trips and social gatherings.
- What was the most memorable thing about working at Daiyu?
This is an employee trip to South Korea on the 30th anniversary of our founding and Okinawa on the 40th anniversary.
It is attractive to be able to travel to places that are difficult for individuals to go.
- What do you do on your days off?
I go shopping and leisure with my family and play with my kids.
