- Please tell us briefly what kind of work you are currently in charge of.
Utilizing the experience of being in charge of sewing work, collecting and organizing data for creating product quotations, creating quotations, I am in charge of creating work standards (manuals) and dealing with customer systems such as purchasing systems and material management systems.
- What are you conscious of when you work?
Since I am also engaged in quotation work, I am working with a cost consciousness.
- What made you decide to join Daiyu?
I was interested in sewing work.
- How do you feel about your work environment?
There are systems such as childcare leave, shorter working hours, and nursing care leave, and overtime work for those who are raising children is exempted. I think it is an environment that makes it easy for the child-rearing generation to participate in school events, etc. by utilizing the long vacations that are held three times a year and the paid leave system that is on a half- day basis.
- What was the most memorable thing about working at Daiyu?
This is an employee trip to South Korea on the 30th anniversary of our founding and Okinawa on the 40th anniversary. It is attractive to have regular employee trips.
- What do you do on your days off?
I'm looking forward to finding time to watch the video.
